Compressed Air Filters

SINFT® compressed air filters prevent dust, dirt, oil and water from your equipment. Dust will wear down your equipment (like the air motor in grinders), pneumatic actuators and it can make pneumatic control valves get stuck.

Particularly when the dirt and dust combined with oil (which is often the case with compressors), a sticky mess can form inside valves, motors and other compressed air equipment. You need to install some compressed air filters to protect your equipment .

Air enters on one side and goes through the filter element, where all dust, water or oil is collected. The clean air then leaves the filter housing on the other side.

Working pressure correction factor

When the pressure is not 7kgf/cm², the flow rate of the selected filter should first know the maximum flow at the filter inlet and then divide by the correction factor corresponding to the minimum pressure of the filter inlet to select the appropriate filter size.

Stainless steel sterilization filter

Performance characteristics:

The ST stainless steel filter material is made of stainless steel (SUS304/316), with polished inner and outer surfaces (grade Ra0.3). The filter element uses high-efficiency precision filter elements, and the sterilization is made of hydrophobic and sterile membrane folded PTFE material. It has passed 100% DOP integrity testing and is widely used in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and food chemical industries. Note: The stainless steel shell material and filter material have both passed the testing of SGS, an internationally authoritative third-party testing agency, and meet the requirements for food and drug grade use.

COMPRESSED AIR QUALITY TESTING EQUIPMENT

Residual oil measurement - OIL- Check 400

Continuously and accurately measure the residual oil content in the form of steam from 0.001 mg/m³ to 2.5 mg/m³. Class 1 compressed air quality can be monitored through a low detection limit of 0.001mg/m³(ISO 8573).

Particle counter PC 400

The high-precision optical particle counter PC 400 can measure particles as low as 0.1 μm in size, so it is suitable for monitoring the quality of compressed air at level 1(ISO 8573).

Residual humidity FA 510

FA 510 can measure the pressure dew point up to-80°Ctd. At this time,continuous measurement can also ensure that the alarm will be triggered immediately when the compressed air dryer fails.

Compressed air testing laboratory

The ACF laboratory is designed based on the ISO-8573 compressed air standard,which can inspect and analyze the relevant standards of compressed air filters,such as filtration accuracy (dust removal and oil removal)and filter pressure difference. It can inspect and analyze the classification effect of gas-water separators,and test dew points.This is an important means for enterprises to have research and development capabilities and ensure product quality
