These filters feature optimized flow geometry to reduce impingement and pressure loss. O-rings are made from Teflon (AMS 3678C-1-B) with full material certification. Used widely in medical-grade oxygen systems and aerospace environments.

Flange / Grayloc Hub Assemblies
We offer filter housings that can be directly connected to:

ANSI/ASME B16.5 flanges

Grayloc-style hub adapters

These allow for seamless integration into piping systems. All welding is performed according to ASME BPVC Section IX, ensuring maximum strength and safety. Grayloc hubs are machined in-house for quality control.

Cone / Witches Hat Filters
Custom-made for installation directly into piping components, these filters feature:

Pleated micronic mesh

Bi-directional flow design

Ultra-low pressure drop

All TIG-welded construction

Cone filters are ideal for high-flow systems with minimal space, often used in oil & gas pipelines, cryogenic setups, and aerospace ground equipment.

ASME B31.3 Compliant Filter Series
Built to meet the requirements of ASME B31.3 for high-pressure piping. These are the most rugged and compliant filter housings we offer. Additional standards can be met upon request.

Manifold Filter Assemblies
Designed for multi-fluid filtration within a compact assembly. Features include:

Multiple elements/bowls in one housing

Space-efficient and easy to maintain

Direct installation into existing manifolds
