Sintered Mesh Filtration Solution For SINFT

 

Sintered metal mesh filter elements are constructed of fine stainless steel wire mesh that is sintered at every wire contact point during the production process to produce an extremely surface-screening porous material with an extremely fine pore size distribution. Unlike unsintered mesh, metal sintered filter media does not move under pressure. Sintering can also use finer mesh to create more pores per unit area for higher flow rates and higher dirt-holding capacity.

SINFT sintered mesh filter cartridges, sheets, and filter spare parts can be used for:

  • Gas purification and dehydration (Gas & Hydrogen Treatment)
  • Liquid depth filtration, sulfurization plates, etc. (Oil, Solvent, Process Filtration)
