SINFT® focus on stainless steel filters design, manufacturing and testing for 7 years, have its own stainless steel filter material production manufactures.

SINFT® stainless steel filters are mainly made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it is durable in structure and offer large dirty holding capacity with a minimal pressure drop. These filter cartridges are typically pleated or cylindrical (wrapped), with a lightweight core and a support ring. Industrial process cartridges overcome the temperature and compatibility limitations of cellulose or synthetic fiber cartridges by being manufactured of stainless steel using crimping and welding, with no brazing or epoxy bonding used.

Applications: steam filtration, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical industries, etc.

• Mesh sheets are laser-cut to ensure aperture integrity without thermal deformation.
• Automatic pleating equipment maintains consistent pleat spacing and depth, preventing flow blockage and excessive local pressure drop.
• Inner and outer supports use CNC welding and full-position TIG welding for higher fatigue strength and fully sealed weld quality.

Sintered felt


Sinft sintered felt is made of stainless steel, iron-chromium-aluminum, titanium, nickel and other metal  fibers with micron diameters, which are laid and laminated with special non-woven fabrics and then  sintered and welded at high temperatures. Filter elements can be made into various shapes, such as  cylindrical, pleated or round. Due to its precise filtration precision and large porosity, it plays an import ant role in industry.

STAINLESS STELL FILTER ELEMENT

The final step of the Sinft stainless steel filter element is electrolytic polishing, which is intended to rinse away the remaining metal on the stainless steel surface to avoid disasters in special use environments. This is very important to Sinft, so we will conduct passivation testing before packaging.

SINTERED METAL MESH FILTER ELEMENT

Sintered metal mesh filter elements are constructed of fine stainless steel wire mesh that is sintered at every wire contact point during the production process to produce an extremely surface-screening porous material with an extremely fine pore size distribution. Unlike unsintered mesh, sintered mesh media does not move under pressure. Sintering can also use finer mesh to create more pores per unit area for higher flow rates and higher dirt-holding capacity. The surface of the products shipped by Sinft is beautiful and has no scratches, the mesh is even and has no dark lines, and the welding is beautiful and formed in one go.
