Features of the SFT-OPMR-BDMR-4 Series Oil Purifier
The SFT-OPMR-BDMR-4 series oil purifier includes a dedicated gear pump driven by a motor, characterized by low noise, strong self-priming capability, and smooth operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with an overflow protection device, effectively safeguarding the hydraulic system.
A thermal relay protection is used to prevent motor damage caused by motor overload.
A coarse filter at the oil suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.
A two-stage fine filter is installed after the pump, allowing the oil to quickly reach a high level of cleanliness.
The filter module (filter element) of the oil purifier can be customized according to the user's needs, offering different filtration accuracies to provide better protection for the system. The primary filter can remove larger particulate impurities, while the secondary filter can eliminate fine particles or moisture.
The housing of the oil purifier features a quick-open structure, allowing the upper cover to be opened swiftly without the need for special tools, facilitating easy filter element replacement. The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge that continuously indicates the system's operating status and the contamination level of the filter element during operation.
