This unit includes a motor-driven dedicated gear pump, characterized by low noise, strong self-priming capability, and smooth operation.
Overall Structure of the Oil Purifier:
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with an overflow protection device, effectively safeguarding the hydraulic system. It employs thermal relay protection to prevent motor damage caused by overload. The coarse filter at the oil inlet protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.
After the pump, there are two stages of fine filtration, allowing the oil to quickly reach a high level of cleanliness. The fine filters can be customized to different levels of precision according to the user's needs, achieving the desired results. The filter housing features a quick-open design, enabling the top cover to be opened swiftly without the need for special tools, facilitating easy filter element replacement. A pressure gauge is mounted on the panel, continuously indicating the system's operating conditions and the contamination level of the filter element during operation.
