Dehydration Depth Filter Element
The new generation of industrial and marine offline filter elements is a core component of advanced offline filtration systems, providing ultra-clean diesel fuel and lubricating/hydraulic oil for marine, industrial, and heavy machinery applications.

1. Filter Section
The first stage of the filter element is designed to capture sludge and larger particles. Its purpose is to increase dirt-holding capacity, improve efficiency, and extend the service life of the filter element.
2. Second Filter Section
The second part of the filter element features a high-level depth filtration design, aimed at capturing fine particles to ensure optimal oil quality.
3. Water Separation
The unique patented water separator is designed to remove free, emulsified, and bound water. Purpose is to remove any water contamination.
4. Clean Oil Out-let
State of the art technology ensures optimal oil performance. Practical results show cleanliness levels down to NAS Code 02 (NAS1638) and water down to 30 ppm.

The 2302C diesel filter is a high-performance filter element specifically designed for GreenOil's WP1-C series filtration systems. With a capacity of 8 liters, it is suitable for fuel transfer or offline circulation of marine diesel and light diesel (MDO/MGO). The filter integrates a coalescer system that efficiently removes particles ≥2 microns and water down to 30 ppm, while also filtering out sludge and varnish precursors, significantly improving fuel cleanliness. OIL FILTER WP80-FC
Product Introduction
WP80-FC filter element is a special filter element for offline oil filtration systems (such as WP110T60, WPM-100 and other models). It uses cellulose-based materials or synthetic fibers through winding or folding process to form a deep filtration structure. It can efficiently remove particles and moisture. It has good compatibility with common additives in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and marine diesel, and is suitable for a variety of oil environments, including low-sulfur fuels (such as VLSFO, MGO) under IMO 2020 regulations.

PRE-FILTER WP-110T60 filter element is a pre-filter component for offline filtration systems (such as WP110T60 model), designed for coarse filtration of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil or marine fuel oil (such as MDO/MGO) for ships, industrial equipment and vehicles.
As a pre-filter element, its main function is to capture larger particles, protect the downstream fine filter element (such as WP80-FC), and extend the service life of the entire filtration system.
