• Long-life filter media
Made from stainless steel wedge wire or metal fiber materials, providing superior pressure and temperature resistance. The elements can be repeatedly cleaned and are especially suitable for harsh environments with high humidity or corrosive media. (Material inspection reports available.)

• Bidirectional automatic backwash design
The filter element is mounted inside the housing, where a vertical reverse-flow path combined with a top-mounted rotary throttling mechanism enables efficient online cleaning. This design effectively removes accumulated contaminants without disassembly or replacement, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

• Wedge wire elements offer 25–150 μm slot sizes and can serve as filtration media or support layers. Slot size, structure, length, material, and filtration area can be customized to suit specific operating conditions.
